The Mountain of Seven Colors, also called Vinicunca, is one of the most visited natural attractions in Peru and has been rated by National Geographic magazine as one of the 100 places that you must visit before you die.
Years ago, the mountain of 7 colors was located 100km. southeast of the city of Cusco, on a summit located at 5,100 meters above sea level. In addition, the mountain is located at the foot of Nevado Ausangate, which is the largest in Cusco and considered the protector of the region. The mountain was surrounded by ice, so its discovery is a recent sensation. The slopes and the summit present a diversity of hues that include red, purple, green, yellow, pink and other variations of these colors. The beauty of the panorama is also observed in the biodiversity of the area. During the tour, we will be able to appreciate auquénids such as llamas, alpacas and vicuñas.
